Where are future release dates announced?
  • All upcoming merchandise will be announced through our various social media sites (the links to each site are at the bottom of the page). You may also subscribe to our mailing list to receive our latest updates!
    Is Sales tax added on every order?
      • Sales tax is only charged to orders placed within the state of California.
      Shipping & Returns:
      • All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed before shipped out.
      • Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be received.
      • Orders are shipped via USPS
        How much does shipping cost?
        • Domestic orders are calculated by weight in the shopping cart.
        How can I exchange a purchased item?
        • Exchanges only within 14 business days from the date shipment was received. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and mailed back in its original packaging before we can exchange your item. 
        • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and also for shipment of the new item. Contact info@fadedelephant.com for more information regarding your request. 
        What is your refund policy?
        • Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds after the purchase transaction is complete, all sales are final. If the item does not fit properly we will exchange it for a different size or different product equal in value.

        • We recommend washing all colored shirts inside out in cold water and all white shirts in hot water!
        • Hang Dry is highly recommended.
