WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?
-You may return your item within 7 business days from the date order was received.
- The item must be unwashed, unworn, and mailed back in its original packaging before the return process begins.
-Items that have been worn or used in any way won’t be accepted. Even within the 7-day period!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND BACK?
-The refund amount goes back to your original payment method and finalizes between 7-10 business days.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE?
-Giveaway or promotional items.
-Sale items cannot be returned, all sales final.
-Purchases made with a gift card or store credit.
-Items that have been worn or used in any way won’t be accepted. Even within the 7-day period!
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
You are responsible for all return expenses. If you are exchanging items, we will cover the new cost of shipment.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
- Take picture of each product you would like to return
- Attach the photos & your order confirmation in an email to info@fadedelephant.com.
- Please indicate your reason for return.
- Submit
Please wait 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for a response from one of our team members.
- Select your method of return: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
- Print out and tape our return address securely on package
- Mail out package at your nearest postal service.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the order then email you with an approval confirmation.
*Please make sure you do not include non-Faded Elephant items by accident in your return package. Faded Elephant is not responsible for sending you back those items.
