WHAT IS THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

-When you create an account on our website you will automatically be enrolled in our rewards program and will earn points for purchases based on the amount you spend. For every dollar spent you gain 10 points that you can use towards your exclusive rewards. Click the black [gift] icon to enroll and begin earning free points. Once you've earned enough points, you will be able to exchange them for rewards such as discounts or free products!


WHO CAN JOIN OUR REWARDS PROGRAM?

-Our Rewards Program is open to legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old. Limited one account per individual.


HOW DO I JOIN THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

-Eligible individuals may enroll in our Rewards Program by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account on www.fadedelephant.com. You must agree to our program terms before enrolling in our Rewards Program. At our sole discretion we may update or change our policies without notice. You will be required to provide your full name, mailing address, email, and birthday to create an account.


WHAT AM I AGREEING TO BY JOINING THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

-By joining our Rewards Program, you agree that you have read and understand our program terms. You also agree to receive program-related emails from Faded Elephant.


HOW WILL FADED ELEPHANT USE MY INFORMATION I PROVIDE THROUGH THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

-The personal information collected from you in connection with our Rewards Program is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN FROM PURCHASES?

-You will earn 10 POINTS for every dollar spent on qualifying transactions on www.fadedelephant.com. Points are excluded from federal and local taxes, shipping charges, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Merchandise purchased with a gift card, store credit, or any other rewards are also excluded. Some items may be excluded from  the Rewards Program at Faded Elephant's sole discretion. Certain actions may require additional disclosures from you in order to qualify. Birthday points are earned if you provide your birthday information prior to the actual date.


WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?

-100 POINTS = FREE SHIPPING

-500 POINTS = $5 OFF DISCOUNT

-1000 POINTS = $10 OFF DISCOUNT

-2500 POINTS = $25 OFF DISCOUNT

-5000 POINTS = $50 OFF DISCOUNT

REWARD REDEMPTION

-To redeem points for a reward, you must have a valid physical address linked to your account. Rewards may only be redeemed for Faded Elephant products available through www.fadedelephant.com unless expressly authorized by Faded Elephant. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund. Points used to redeem a reward will be deducted from the total points available in your account. Points may not be used toward purchases of gift certificates, charitable items, promotional value sets, sales tax, or shipping charges. Credits from multiple accounts may not be aggregated unless authorized by Faded Elephant. Taxes on Rewards may apply where required by law. Any tax liability, including disclosure, is the sole responsibility of the Member.


WHERE CAN I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE?

-View your point balance & rewards by simply logging into www.fadedelephant.com to access the "Rewards" icon in the lower right corner. *Please note that points do not carry any cash value and the rewards can be modified without notice at any time.


DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EVER EXPIRE?

-Your membership may remain open, however points will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity or no qualifying purchases.


CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE REVOKED?

-Your membership may be revoked by Faded Elephant, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the program; failure to follow any of these terms; membership inactivity for more than twelve (12) months; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to Faded Elephant or our interests, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Rewards Program. At Faded Elephant's sole discretion, if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these terms, we have the right to take appropriate legal action.


WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS REVOKED?

-If your membership is revoked, any points or rewards in your account prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the program and its features will automatically terminate, at Faded Elephant's sole discretion.


HOW DO I TERMINATE / CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

-If you decide you no longer want to be part of our Rewards Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Faded Elephant Customer Service at info@fadedelephant.com. Your email must specify your name, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Rewards Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.


WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I TERMINATE / CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

-If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any points you may have earned and/or any rewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Reward Program. If you wish to return to the Rewards Program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Program again starting with no points or available rewards.


CAN THE REWARDS PROGRAM BE MODIFIED OR TERMINATED?

-Faded Elephant may, at its sole discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Reward Program, the Reward Program Terms, or any aspect or feature of the Reward Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect points already earned and/or the value of rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem rewards.


WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS TERMINATED?

-If the Rewards Program is terminated, any points or rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Rewards Program and its features will automatically terminate, at Faded Elephant's sole discretion.


HOW DO I UPDATE MY MEMBER ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

-To update your account information, you must log in to your www.fadedelephant.com account. Once logged in, you can update your member information on the Account Dashboard by clicking on the “Account Information” and “Address” tabs.


WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

-Go to the Log In page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your www.fadedelephant.com account, and a temporary password will be emailed to that email address. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password.
